This policy explains what personal data FarmDeck (farmdeck.co.uk), operated by Go Select Limited (trading as WorkDeck), collects and how it’s used.
What we collect
If you request a demo: your name, farm name, email, phone number, farm type, and any message you include — used only to respond to your enquiry and follow up about FarmDeck.
If you buy FarmDeck: your name, email, and payment confirmation. Card payment details are handled directly by our payment provider (Stripe) — we never see or store your card details ourselves.
If you’re given a login for our demo CRM: the account details needed for you to log in (name, email).
What we don’t collect
FarmDeck is self-hosted software. Once you’ve installed it on your own site, the farm data you enter — fields, livestock, jobs, and so on — lives entirely on your own server. We have no access to it and don’t collect or store it ourselves.
Cookies
We use a minimal amount of browser storage — see our Cookie Policy for details. We don’t currently use any third-party analytics or advertising tracking on this site.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@farmdeck.co.uk and we’ll respond as soon as we can.
