These terms apply when you buy or use FarmDeck, provided by Go Select Limited (trading as WorkDeck), a company registered in England & Wales.
What you’re buying
FarmDeck is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Once you’ve paid, you receive a licence to install and use the FarmDeck plugin on one WordPress website that you own or control. There’s no recurring fee to keep using it.
Updates and support
Your purchase includes reasonable email support for installation issues. Ongoing updates and support beyond initial setup are available through the optional annual support add-on. Without it, you’re welcome to keep using the version you purchased indefinitely — it simply won’t receive updates or continued support.
Your data
FarmDeck is self-hosted. All the farm data you enter (fields, livestock, jobs, and so on) is stored on your own WordPress site, in your own database. We don’t hold a copy of it, and we can’t access it. You’re responsible for keeping your own backups.
No warranty
FarmDeck is provided as-is. While we test it carefully, we can’t guarantee it will be error-free or fit for every specific use. We’re not liable for losses arising from its use beyond the amount you paid for it.
Refunds
If FarmDeck doesn’t work as described and we’re unable to fix the issue, we’ll offer a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FarmDeck after an update means you accept the revised terms.
